MEET FOUNDER - MRS. PATRICIA GAMBLE, RBT

WELCOME

My name is Patricia Gamble, and I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and certified autism coach with over 15 years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals of all ages. My work has taken me into homes, schools and community settings, where I've provided direct support, advocacy, and individualized skill-building tailored to each persons needs.


Over the years, I've had the privilege of working closely with children, teens and adults across a wide range of abilities. My focus has always been on helping individuals build confidence, independence, emotional regulation, and meaningful like skills in environments where they feel safe, understood, and supported.


As both a professional and an advocate, I've seen seen firsthand the gaps that exist in traditional systems-especially when it comes to inclusion, recreation, and belonging. That experience led me to create Gamble Impact, an organization dedicated to combining neurodivergent advocacy with sports, coaching, and community-based programs.


Through Gamble Impact, my mission is simple: to create spaces where every child feels seen, valued, and capable. I believe that movement, structure, and connection can be powerful tools for growth, and that every individual-regardless of ability-deserves opportunities to thrive.


Whether I'm working one-on-one in a home, collaborating with schools, or building inclusive sports programs, my goal remains the same: empowering every mind through support, understanding, and opportunity.
